What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Regions other than Hong Kong: By EMS/DHL/UPS/FEDEX/E-express
Shipping costs are determined by your order total( weight & size of freight).

How long will delivery take?

Under normal circumstances, we ships worldwide with EMS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX within 4-10 business days, with E-express within 30 days. Encountered with festivals, vacation or force majeure, the transportation period may be a litter longer.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We accept credit card payment using PayPal. PayPal is a service that enables you to pay or send money without revealing your financial information to merchant. Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server (128 bits).

Package and security

The merchandises are delivered in special container provided by transport company. Furthermore, we usually put some plastic bag inside the parcel to keep the gifts steady, waterproof and crushproof. You can track the shipment via the web.


Our customers do not need to worry about whether or not they can pass the custom successfully. We cooperate with transport company to help customers finish custom procedures. So far, the Customs declaration percentage of our products has reached 100%.

Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. A packaged returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, we do not refund, exchange or cancel orders under any circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask. We usually respond very quickly.

Even though your order is non-returnable and non-refundable, if there is something wrong with the engraving due to our fault, we'll offer either a refund or a replacement based on our discretion. If it’s a replacement, we’ll ship it the same way as the original order, at no cost to you. However, all issues must be reported to us within 5 calendar days upon delivery. We will not be responsible for anything after 5 calendar days.
